Fees
We offer several fee structures which are detailed below. We will always allow you to decide which plan you prefer to use, and our Funding Specialists will be happy to run the numbers for several different ways. No matter which fee structure you choose, you only pay if your case wins. There are no application fees, no monthly fees, no underwriting or closing costs and no hidden fees of any kind.
You will be under no obligation to accept our offer. If you choose to accept, we will fax you a contract based on the fee plan of your choice and upon proper execution can get funds into your account the very same day!
Flat Rate Plan
The Flat Rate Plan has a low fixed fee that does not increase over time. The fee varies upon our evaluation of your case, and ranges from less than one percent (<1%) up to eight percent (8%) of the total gross recovery. This fee on this plan is capped (you will know the most you will have to pay back no matter how long your case takes). We will also include a discount if your case resolves quickly, which is usually a 50% reduction in the fee if your case resolves within 6 months. This plans allows for additional discounting of the fee if your case does not perform as well as we had anticipated in our evaluation. This is an ideal plan if you are looking to curb your risk and alleviate the pressure of a case that is dragging on and on.

Monthly Rate Plan
The Monthly Rate Plan ranges between 2% to 10% per month of the amount advanced. Our monthly rate fees are not compounded and monthly fees are only due if and when your case makes a successful recovery. The fees on this plan are not capped as they will depend on how long your case takes to recover.
