TYPES OF INJURIES - RSD
RSD stands for Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome and is a very serious injury. RSD can be caused by many factors, one being a single noxious event. The single event could be a serious accident such as an auto accident or a very bad fall, or even poor medical care that causes trauma to the nerve.
If RSD is brought on by either of the above stimulus, there may be cause for litigation against the person that caused the accident or against the doctor for medical malpractice. If you have RSD due to someone else's neglect and are represented by an attorney, we may be able to extend you a settlement advance.
Types of documentation that would allow you to apply for a settlement advance for your RSD injury would be a medical report that links the RSD to the accident or an expert report, depending on the type of case.
RSD cases can have very large recoveries, meaning that Injury Funds Now has a lot of room to work with and we may be able to offer RSD victims with a nice sized settlement advance.
Injury Funds Now has made many lawsuit settlement advances on RSD cases and helped many RSD victims get higher recoveries. NOTE: The term "loan" or "loans," where used to describe lawsuit funding is not an accurate legal or financial definition of the transaction. IT IS NOT A LOAN. The transaction is a non-recourse purchase of a portion of the proceeds of a potential future case award or settlement. A loan is a transaction that always requires repayment. Our lawsuit funding only requires repayment if the plaintiff receives a favorable cash settlement award. If the plaintiff loses their case, they do not repay anything.
